Our 2024 Youth Wellness Fair with “Tools to Navigate Life”

To cap off May’s Mental Health month, MAP TO HAPPY, our 2024 youth wellness fair with “Tools to navigate life” takes place at St. James on Saturday, June 1st, from 2 to 5 p.m. The fair offers tools and resources to help teens navigate life. Its a fun and interactive drop-in event geared towards middle school/junior high and high school-aged kids and parents. All are welcome! 



The fair focuses on the Five Pillars of Wellness: 

Mental Health, Sleep, Exercise, Socializing, and Nutrition

• Free fun food and drink

• Positive Beverage Co.

• Silent Disco 

• PAWS Therapy Dogs

• Mindful Meditation Demonstration

• In the Moment Photo Booth 

• Yoga and Sound Bath Experience

• Live Performance by the Thoughtful Theater Group

• Stress-reduction information and grounding techniques

• Prizes and free giveaways 


We’ve invited special guests with resources for working towards a positive mindset and mental well-being:

• Hoag Mental Health Program  & Health Ministries’ Faith Community Nursing Program:  

A spiritually based wellness program open to all faith traditions, providing whole-person care (Mind, Body, Spirit); serving Orange County 

• NAMI Orange County: Provides emotional support, education and resources for families, and those affected by mental illness. 

• America on Track: Helps youth and their families from all walks of life move toward a brighter future: Wellness/Fitness & Nutrition, Obesity & Drug Use Prevention; Mentoring/Leadership & Academics & STEM 

• SOY (Save Our Youth): Mentoring, college counseling and turtoring while helping students with college application. 

• Robyne’s Nest: Keeping students in school; eliminating barriers; breaking cycles; putting students on a path to self-sufficiency. 

• AFSP (American Foundation for Suicide Prevention): Dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide by educating the public about mental health and suicide prevention. 

• Be Well O.C.: Their mission is to make compassionate mental health care more accessible for our community.

• BMOXI: App for girls 13+ ...for self-care, self-love, friendship and family relationship, body love & body image, navigating emotions, stress and anxiety, social life and social media
